Online access log

This window allows you to generate a report on clients online access activities.

How do you generate a report on Online access log? To generate a report on online access log, go to Clients/Customer Web Portal/Online access log and a screen like one below appears:

• Select the date range you want the report display e.g "01/01/2016 to 11/08/2016"
• Select the client type that you want to view a report on clients with online access e.g Individual and the report will display.
• For now only individual clients can be added to have on line access under Clients/Customer web portal/Manage online access and therefore have reports.
• The report indicates the last time the client logged in online see the image below:

• The report contains under the description column, the details of the log in like the Host computer name e.g Documentation.
• The URL address where the client logged in from.
• The Browser type used e.g Firefox 47
• The Browser version e.g 47.0
• The platform the client is using or used to log in e.g Windows
• This information is vital to the institution in case there is need to trouble shoot login issues.

Click on the Close button to exit the report.
